Services

Trivinci produces advertising creative (static ads, AI-generated UGC-style video and related assets) and websites. What is included in your engagement is set out in the plan or proposal we agree with you in writing.

Fixed price

Prices are fixed for the scope agreed in writing and include our software and AI generation costs. They do not include your ad spend, ad accounts, domain, hosting or platform subscriptions. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved by you in writing before we do it. Published prices may change; a change never affects work already agreed.

Payment

Payment is due before work begins, and we start once funds are confirmed in our account. Invoices state the amount, due date and payment reference. Our bank details never change by email; if you receive a message saying they have, contact us before paying.

Revisions and delivery

Each plan includes the number of revision rounds stated in it. Delivery timing is confirmed in writing for each engagement and depends on receiving a complete brief and product assets from you.

AI-generated content

Much of our creative is generated with AI tools. We label it as such and do not present AI presenters as real people or real customers. You are responsible for ensuring claims in your ads are accurate and comply with the rules of the platforms where they run.

Ownership

Once your invoice is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you. We may keep working files. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Your materials

You confirm you have the rights to the brand assets, images and claims you give us.

Cancellation and refunds

Monthly plans can be cancelled with notice before the next billing period; there is no long-term lock-in. Work already delivered or started is not refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Liability

We cannot guarantee ad performance or sales results, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected work.
