What we collect

This website does not use accounts, cookies for tracking, or analytics. We do not run ad pixels on it. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us, for example when you email hellotrivinci@gmail.com or book a call. That is usually your name, email address, company and what you would like help with.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, scope and deliver work you ask for, send invoices, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your information.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel and loads fonts from Fontshare, so those providers may receive technical data such as your IP address when the page loads. Email goes through Gmail. Bookings, once enabled, will go through a scheduling provider. Each has its own privacy policy.

Client materials

Brand assets, product photos and briefs you share are used only to produce your work. Producing AI-generated creative may involve uploading these materials to the AI tools we use. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.

Keeping and deleting

We keep correspondence and invoices for as long as needed for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete or correct your information by emailing us.
